WoodrockMC is a small but brand new semi-vanilla multiplayer survival server featuring minimal plugins to enhance gameplay. Our Minecraft server is NOT pay-to-win, we don’t pester you with hard selling, and there are no complicated ranks or voting. To keep down costs the server is currently set to limited number of players at any one time and may be whitelisted in future. We may except charitable donations in future as the server expands. Currently, we are looking for dedicated players to take on staff positions – consult our official WoodRock Discord Server for information.

What does WoodrockMC offer players?

WoodrockMC is all about community and enjoyment. Play often or play little…it’s your choice! Our server offers relatively uncomplicated gameplay, a relaxing environment, and some plugins to enhance gameplay. There is no set theme associated with Woodrock, so players can build fantasy, medieval, modern, ultra modern, whatever style you like! Your progress comes from the effort you put in—you’ll earn money by farming, fishing, and gathering resources, and you’ll use what you earn to buy the items you need to advance. When players join our Minecraft server here’s what they typically get:

• There is no “massive spawn lobby” and no overbearing “rules wall”.
• No cost warp to essential locations of interest.
• There is no tutorial or “assault course”. Just get stuck right in!
• Creepers and other hostile mobs will not destroy blocks in the world, but will still damage players.
• Access to the custom Headshop with /hdb.
• Basic /nick and /hat.
• Buy, sell, and trade using Essentials signs.
• Start with $100.
• Sell and buy items at Market and other available shops.
• Access to a timed custom stone tools kit (golden shovel included) with /kit tools and a free daily kit with /kit daily. Other types of kits will cost in-game money.
• 3x /home.

Specific premium and non-premium plugins include:

• EssentialsX (essential for all MC servers)
• mcMMO (for enhancing gameplay)
• GriefDefender (for claiming land and protecting builds)
• JobsReborn (economy plugin for making in-game money)
• HeadDatabase (for decoration)
